Aleesa Sutton, MA Psych, RCC
clarity coaching (for couples)
divorce coaching (for individuals)
sex therapy (for individuals and couples)
I am calm and gentle, yet firm when needed. I work from a place of curiosity and compassion. My philosophy is: all emotions and feelings are ok; it’s the way people respond to their emotions that can be problematic. I help people figure out healthier ways to be in the world and in relationship.
I am also an Associate Therapist at the West Coast Centre for Sex Therapy.

Meet Oliver!
Oliver is a certified therapy dog. He’s a 5 year old terrier mix breed who is calm, friendly and cuddly. He is also hypoallergenic.
What does a therapy dog do?
Studies have found that interacting with a dog can elevate levels of serotonin and dopamine, which calm and relax.
Since animals are a nonjudgmental presence, they can also help people who get scared or stressed out in difficult situations. Just by behaving normally and wagging his tail, Oliver can help you feel calmer.
Oliver is always with Aleesa in the office.
